Here I am!

Not much to update about since I am not in a modeling comp and BGS hasn't started yet. No word from Beginner's Luck Cycle 2 yet, but hopefully we will find out something soon. I got 3rd in AAM, Pk got first and Phebes got 2nd. I think that is pretty good myself cuz PK and Phebes really know what the crap they are doing, lol.

School is starting next week for my oldest. Then my son starts two weeks after that. So I hopefully will get to maybe pick up another comp then but we will have to see.

Right now, I am focused on "In Harmony" and "HH". I spent some time fiddling with an officials thread. You can find it  HERE. Not much interest but eh ...

The only other thing I have going, sim wise is Debbie. She has had some trouble. She caught Simon with the ugly preggo Ruby and made him leave. And couldn't afford her cutie cottage anymore but thankfully her new friend and neighbor helped her out by offering his place. But she is finding herself attracted to the husband of her best friend (and boss). So I don't know how this is all going to work out but I will keep you posted.

It's Over....

I am kinda sad that both my comps are ending at the same time. I FINALLY finished my scrapbook. I just took some random pics of Lizzy for the extras. I added a major editing pic too to be like her big break into modeling so to speak. It's for a perfume I saw in a mag not too long ago.

Then for AAM I had to old-ify myself. I put Hubby in there with me. I went sappy with the description too. I hope it happens that way in RL:

Fel has started a new comp that has been taking off quite well. I am excited to be judging it and can't wait for it to get started. It's called Bad Girls Society and its gonna be lots of fun. Here is the judging photo phebes made:

Heidi is me, I am the ditsy one, lol. So besides judging that, I am basically no longer involved with modeling. I will pick up another comp after school starts though. But I am still running Harmony (which my lazy butt hasn't updated yet) and Harmony Happenings (which is scheduled to come out tomorrow).

I have all my work done so mommy says I can play, lol! I completed my AAM photo although I felt like it wasn't my best:

But now I am STILL working on my billboard for BL2. Who knew it would take that long to do. And the fact that i have to be out every night this week for VBS is not helping. I am staying up past midnight and still getting up early! But things will calm down soon. School starts in just over two weeks so I will have a bit more free time. YAY!

Harmony play-n-chat is being moved this week to Saturday night, just FYI, cuz I won't be home Friday night. And Harmony Happenings is skipping this week, I just can't get to it. So Monday night will have a new Harmony episode but this Thursday I won't be posting an interview. Awww, I know I have so many fans that will be disappointed, lol. 9not!) I was thinking of actually starting a thread for this on the officials but eh ... I am lazy.

Today

I started my game with Debbie. On her first day there, I had her sign up for the journalism career then head to city hall to protest ... marriage? I think she was mad about the cost of a good wedding. Speaking of, she met Simon (who was already a celebrity) the very next day:

LOL, he was checkin out her rack! [Disregard her "paper girl" outfit.] The sad news is I don't think it saved. I had saved right after the protest but when I tried to save after her first day at work, it stayed on the save screen for almost 5 minutes then an error popped up and the whole thing shut off. No biggie since not much happened.
New Harmony episode today ... I hope. I have VBS all this week so getting things done is gonna be a pain. I haven't started on my interview yet. Blah! I wanted more time to do a home tour but it doesn't look like its in the cards. I might just skip this week since I have RL business.
I am almost done with my billboard for BL2. Then i will move on to the big project: Scrapbook page!
Ah, kids are going crazy so I need to get off here. Later Days!

I will prob keep just one or two comps at a time to keep "fresh". But I don't have the drive to be the best and am afraid of burning out, ya know? But anywho...

Meet Debbie Kliene, the new voice of Harmony Happenings. I actually used Drew Barrymore for inspiration for her looks.

I find her just adorable! I want to start a game just for her now, lol. I haven't actually played the journalism career. Truth be told, I have only played a wee bit with the careers as I am usually more interested in relationships.

I published the first Harmony Happenings yesterday. This is suppose to be like a day time show. I plan on working it into the In Harmony story as well. I really liked the way it turned out. Of course, my little Debbie was awesome. Teeheehee! I have already decided on the second interviewer and will be emailing them today too. I also included a video but it was very crappily done. I hope to have more time with this next interview in order to smooth out the home tour.

So what do you think of Sim-Me? (FYI, i don't look that hot in RL!) Fel did this for me. I sent it to hubby at work, he thought it was awesome!

Plans today? To stay off the computer so Hubby doesn't feel neglected. I have been promising to watch a movie with him but I get distracted by sim things or chat stuff. I know I have harmony play tonight but it won't start until around 9 tonight. But like my friend said "Marriage first, Forum Second" LOL, kids don't get a spot! But seriously, I have to get off this thing.

Hotel Shmotel

I am making plans to start another story (since After the Photo is now over). Its going to be based on The Hotel Challenge which is found on the officials under stories/legacies. I played around with photobucket and created these for it:

Yes, I  realize the the two on the left are merged into each other, I just really didn't care, lol! I haven't decided if I am going to do this like Harmony(gossip based) or just base it off my main character. I am just about ready to start. Except for creating and decorating the humongous house that this is to be set in. Blah.

I keep using my simself cuz I am too lazy to create another model. *sigh* I guess I should add that to the list. The List? Oh, it's the never-ending list of things I need to do. So far, it looks like this:

I have figured out how to post comments on my friends blogs. My blogger always said my account wasn't valid (hello, I am blogging right here) so I have taken to using my livejournal account. I never really use it, I got it just cause.

I also completed another episode of "In Harmony". I have been working on a secret project that I hope to have finished in the next week or two. I was also thinking that I need to do some kinda photo shoot with all the simselves and main characters. I was thinking of doing one with Drake standing in front of all the simselves. And maybe some individual photos of Simselves with their creations behind them. Yea, I have way too much time to think this through.

Today I am going to update my "Modeling" and "Creation Hub" blogs. Try and get the last chapter of "After the Photo" out. (Don't be sad, Lacey is continuing her life in Harmony.) And get my characters created for the Hotel Challenge. So ... Off We Go! <---- We have Zhu Zhu pets and that is what they say all the time, lol!

Plans

I hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July celebrations. I had somewhat of a hectic day but that's another story for another day. I have broken down and started construction on my own "hotel". I am basing it off the "plantation home" theme. It will have tons of windows, big white columns, and a symmetrical floor plan.

I will post a pic later so we can all laugh at it together. And, just so you know, its a rectangle. LOL! But it will be designed the way I picture it in my head.

I have a BL2 photo to do. Its editing and I am afraid it won't be that great. But I will give it a whirl later tonight. I already turned in my AAM photo. It me with a super power:

Yes, that is my simself looking all dark and mean, lol. But I don't smoke in real life. Just saying. I was lucky enough to get this made into a sim-picture that I can now hang on the wall in my hotel. Yay!

"Why does this chick post almost every day?"

Because my life is BORING and posting makes me feel like I have one, lol. Speaking of "lol", people are starting to notice my over-use of it. Should I stop? Nah!

I tried to play Harmony and make my AAM photo but it just wasn't happening. Chat was distracting but not that much. I guess I was a little scattered brained last night. Today I hope to take my kiddos to the park and maybe catch Cars 2 in theater. But depends on Hubby's mood.....

Have I mentioned my plans for a legacy? Mose prolly. I have yet to fit him into my busy schedule, lol. *sigh* I guess I will leave you with this picture to keep you happy...

Coffee

I was sitting at my computer desk, trying to sweet talk Hubby into letting me have 10 more minutes online when ... my elbow connected with my full cup of coffee! It went all over my desk, my mouse, my phone, my wallet, and *gasp* my calendar! The other stuff was wiped down and cleaned but my calendar ... lets just hope it dries out.

Anyone who knows me, knows I am a weirdly organized soul. I write lists for my lists. EVERYTHING was in that calendar. Dr and Dentist appointments, when the kids need to switch toothbrushes, what was for dinner next week, when I had assignments due ... its my life in written form.

*sigh* I just thought I would share this lovely story with you.

I have RL to deal with today. But I have plans for an all-nighter as far as simming goes.Harmony is on the list, my AAM and BL2 photos are on the list, and a big maybe on the whole legacy thing too. I am planning it out and getting excited to get it started.
